Rest at the threshold between seasons. As winter’s deep stillness begins to soften into spring’s gentle awakening, join us for a nourishing 90-minute journey blending Yin Yoga & Acupuncture to support release, renewal, and nervous system regulation.

This workshop invites you to slow down, unwind held tension, and create space for new energy to emerge. Through long-held, supported postures and carefully selected acupuncture points, you’ll be guided into a state of deep rest — the kind that allows the body to recalibrate and reset.

Why Yin & Pin?

Experience the powerful combination of Yin Yoga and Acupuncture for full-body renewal. Together, they release tension, balance the nervous system, and support deep rest.

What You’ll Experience:

Yin Yoga

Guided by Julia, this slow, meditative practice invites you to release tension, soften deeply, and prepare your body to receive healing. Postures are supported and held for time, encouraging both physical release and subtle energetic shift.

Acupuncture

While you rest in extended Savasana, Brian gently places fine, hair-thin needles at specific points in the body to support deep relaxation. Your points are thoughtfully selected based on a questionnaire completed before the workshop, helping calm the nervous system and release held tension.

(Acupuncture receipts available.)

What to Expect:

This 90-minute session is quiet, spacious, and deeply restorative. You’ll begin with guided Yin shapes to prepare the body, followed by an extended, supported rest while receiving acupuncture.

No prior yoga or acupuncture experience is necessary. All postures are accessible and adaptable. The focus is not on intensity, but on unwinding — physically, mentally, and energetically.

You can expect to leave feeling grounded, regulated, and gently renewed.

Set aside time to rest deeply… and allow yourself to soften.
