PILATES FLOW

POWER SCULPT

STRETCH & SOUND BATH
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are immersed in the soothing sounds of instruments like gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments. The aim is to create a relaxing and healing environment through sound vibrations, which can help reduce stress, promote deep relaxation, and enhance mental clarity. The frequencies and tones produced during a sound bath can also aid in balancing energy, improving mood, and fostering a sense of inner peace. This practice is beneficial for overall well-being, providing a unique and restorative experience for both the mind and body.
