Embrace the seasonal shift from summer’s vibrant energy to fall’s quiet introspection with a nourishing 90-minute journey blending Yin Yoga, acupuncture, Yoga Nidra, and gentle vagus nerve regulation techniques.
This workshop invites you to slow down, release held tension, and turn your attention inward. Through long-held, supported postures, carefully selected acupuncture points, conscious rest, and gentle hands-on techniques, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation as you soften into the quieter rhythm of fall.
Why Yin & Pin?
Experience the restorative combination of Yin Yoga and acupuncture, brought together to create space for deep rest and renewal. This fall, Julia and Brian expand the experience with guided Yoga Nidra and gentle vagus nerve regulation techniques for an even deeper journey into relaxation.
What You’ll Experience:
Yin Yoga —Guided by Julia, this slow, floor-based practice uses long-held poses and supportive props to gently work into the body’s deeper connective tissues, inviting you to release tension and soften.
Acupuncture* + Yoga Nidra — As you rest in Savasana, Brian gently applies thin, hair-like acupuncture needles while Julia guides you through Yoga Nidra, a practice of deep relaxation and conscious rest. Acupuncture points are thoughtfully selected based on a questionnaire completed before the workshop.
Vagus Nerve Regulation — To close, Brian uses gentle hands-on techniques around the head and neck intended to stimulate the vagus nerve and support nervous system regulation.
*Acupuncture receipts available.
What to Expect:
This 90-minute experience is quiet, spacious, and deeply restful. You’ll begin with a slow Yin Yoga practice, using supported, floor-based postures to settle into the body and release tension.
From there, you’ll rest in Savasana for acupuncture while Julia guides you through Yoga Nidra. The experience closes with gentle hands-on techniques around the head and neck, allowing time to settle before returning to the rest of your day.
No prior yoga or acupuncture experience is necessary. All postures are accessible and adaptable, and the focus is not on intensity, but on slowing down, softening, and creating space for rest.
Set aside time to rest deeply, turn inward, and welcome the shift into fall.Ready to unwind?
