Yoga
Having danced from a young age, Taylor fell in love with yoga for the fluidity of movement that it allows—similar to a dance. Her practice deepened when she began Astanga yoga, which enabled her to intimately connect to her breath unlike ever before. She has been practicing Vinyasa yoga for eight years, and it has had a profound impact on her life.
Through yoga, she hopes to inspire students to strengthen their relationship with breath, cultivate more awareness, and reconnect to themselves and their senses on and off the mat. Her classes blend traditional yogic philosophy with physical challenge and lots of breath!
