Yoga

 

Julia is deeply inspired by the mind–body connection and the innate intelligence of the body to support physical, emotional, and relational well-being. A certified Yoga Teacher with specialized training in Yin and Restorative yoga, she has been dedicated to her personal practice for over 15 years and teaching for 8.

Alongside teaching yoga, Julia has facilitated women’s circles, embodiment and intimacy workshops, and couples work at studios, festivals, and retreats in Canada and internationally. Her offerings are rooted in mindfulness, somatic awareness, and self-compassion, creating a calming yet empowering space where students can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and feel more alive in their bodies.
