Yoga & Group Classes

Find strength and balance in a supportive setting. Our yoga and group classes welcome all levels and focus on mindful movement, breath, and community connection. Classes offered in both English and Mandarin.

Pilates Apparatus (1:1 and 2:1)

Train with skilled instructors using the Pilates Reformer and other apparatus. These personalized sessions build core strength, improve alignment, and enhance overall performance. Sessions offered in both English and Mandarin.

Gyrotonic (1:1 Sessions)

Work one-on-one with our trained instructors in the Gyrotonic method. This innovative system develops mobility, coordination, and strength through fluid, circular movements. Instruction available in English and Mandarin.

Our teachers bring more than instruction—they bring presence. With training in breath, mindfulness, and body awareness, they create space for you to move with intention and ease.
